If you encounter the similar situations above, don’t worry. “Backup History” can help you. It helps you manage backups created via AnyTrans or iTunes easily, like viewing data in backups, transferring data in backup to device/computer, and deleting unwanted backups. The following instructions will help you do it.

1. When using the Windows version of AnyTrans, you're supposed to download the iTunes on your computer to help detect iPhone/iPad/iPod touch. (iTunes 9.0 or above, including the latest iTunes.)

Backup History |
Before you start to manage backup history, please downloaded AnyTrans on your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing AnyTrans on your computer.
AnyTrans can manage your backups even without connecting iOS device. But if you want to transfer backup data to device, you need to connect iOS device. By default, AnyTrans will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don’t connect your iOS device or your iOS device isn’t recognized, you will see the interface below.
Once your iOS device is recognized, the interface below will display.
If AnyTrans fails to recognize your iOS device, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.
Please choose Backup Manager option at first, then the interface below will appear.
And then, please select Backup History option.
AnyTrans does not load your backups correctly, please refresh the interface by clicking Refresh button. You can also:
Restore: Restore the backup file.
Delete: Delete the useless backup.
Find: Locate the saved path of the backup on computer.
Open: Open the backup to view data.
Here we take Camera Roll for an example in viewing data in backup. By clicking the button in the upper-right corner, you can change the viewing mode. Excepting transferring photos from backup to computer, you can transfer them from backup to device by clicking To Device button.
Once the transferring process is completed, you will see Transfer Completed Page. To locate data exported on computer, click View files button. To go back to the previous page, click Transfer more button.
