How to Transfer Photo from One iCloud Account to Another

Step 1. Install and open AnyTrans on computer > Click iCloud Manager on the left side > Log in to the iCloud account and add another iCloud account. Here you can click iCloud Sync to quickly start syncing all iCloud photos, or enter Photos to view all iCloud photos and choose to sync.
