How to Merge Two or Multiple iCloud Accounts into One

Hello, I have 2 different iCloud accounts….by accident. One I paid for additional storage on, but it’s an older email address I no longer have. How can I merge the accounts and have all my photos with my updated apple id and with the paid storage? Please advise. Thanks.
