Thanks for Giving Credit – Klaudia

When I received a letter from Klaudia, my mood was a bit complicated. On the one hand, I was really embarrassed because our software interface appeared an evident spelling error. On the other hand, I sincerely appreciated what she did for iMobie. You may wonder what happened. You will find the answer in this post!

Klaudia, our customer from Canada, purchased our software in 2019 at the first time. In the past several years, she also purchased muiltiple iMobie products- including AnyTrans, PhoneTrans, PhoneRescue for Android, PhoneRescue for iOS and even the newly released software - DroidKit!

Today, I would like share the detailed story between Klaudia and iMobie. In 9, April, 2021, I received a letter from Klaudia about AnyTrans issue. She found an obvious spelling error in AnyTrans interface. Then, she wrote the letter below:

“Hi there, I’m such an avid user of your intuitive, ingenious programs, that normally, when I see typos in programs, I soft of wander away from it, thinking that the people are hackers. NOT SO WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Included, I just wanted you to perfect your program, as I often advertise you on my Facebook Computer Page, you’ll find some, some are old and have been repaired, to the best of my knowledge, one could be tweaked grammar-wise and others, if not fixed yet, go ahead!”

She also kindly attached the screenshot to help me locate and fix the issue soon:

At the same time, she was so kind and humorous because she cared about our mood. Thus, she also sent the below messages:

“Hope this helps. I LOVE YOUR PROGRAM, and feel protective towards you because when I first signed up with you guys, my bank called me to advise they had cancelled my order, causing me to re-order, and I assured them you were not scammers. I did my reading about AnyTrans, and maybe the spelling errors caused them to believe this. But I’ve been with you long enough, and every moment was absolutely worth every penny, you’re worth your weight in gold!! No: diamonds!”

I am totally moved by Klaudia’s warm words. I can’t help wanting to share these beautiful words to the world:

“I love this software SO MUCH, I can’t help but also love the people who keep it alive and going! You do a magnificent job. My phone loves you, too. It’s more than intuitive, there’s a magic that would take away the spirit from my iPhone if it did not exist. It gives the iPhone a life it never had!!”

When I thanked Klaudia for she did not blame our fault, I was moved again after receiving her reply. She gave me a better understanding about the definition of "Give Credit":

“You have a keen sense of reading people. I never would dare correct strangers. There have been times, even, that I had to explain to them that I only correct that which I love. And of course, there is no such thing as “blame” in my mind, but the word, “give credit” occupies my mind. To me, blame is a negative word bordering on hate. I know that, because I’ve been on the receiving end of “blame,” but by ignorant people, or my abusers.With AnyTrans, I got more than I expected and more than I could dream of. I thank YOU for your mindfulness, your kindness and BEAUTIFUL reply which impacted me. It is good, SO GOOD to know that there is still good in the world.
