If the payment is unsuccessful, would you please try following the instructions to solve the issue?
1. Please double-check the credit card information you entered.
2. Please check whether your credit card has not expired.
3. Please check if your payment account has sufficient funds.
4. When payment is unsuccessful, you should be able to receive detailed information about the failed transaction from your bank. Don't hesitate to contact your bank and request further help.
Usually, the payment platform will send you an email to inform you that your subscription will expire in 7-15 days. The email will also provide you the instructions to cancel the “Automatic Renewal Service". Besides, you also can click here and enter your order ID to cancel the subscription directly. There are two ways to update AnyEnhancer to the latest version. One is to check for updates from AnyEnhancer directly. Please unfold Settings icon and click Check for Updates.
The other one is to download the latest version of AnyEnhancer from our official website straightforwardly.
Usually, installation stuck is related to an unstable or poor Internet connection.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

2. Quit the installation. And then, please click the link to try again
First, please uninstall AnyEnhancer on your computer. Then, you can click the link to download and install it again.
To uninstall AnyEnhancer on your computer, please follow the steps below.
For Mac:
Open Finder > Click Applications > Find AnyEnhancer > Right-click AnyEnhancer to choose Move to Bin > Right-click Trash to select Empty Bin.
For Windows:
Open Control Panel > Choose Programs > Click Programs and Features > Find AnyEnhancer > Right-click AnyEnhancer to Uninstall/Change.

To enjoy AnyEnhancer without limitations, please refer to the following steps to activate AnyEnhancer:
A. Please click Activate.
B. Please enter your email address and the activation code (Order ID). Then click the Activate Now buttons.
C. After completing activating process successfully, you will see the interface below.
If you wish to change or update the email address you purchased from, please contact Support Team and provide the old purchase email or order number and the new email address.
If you find that you entered the wrong email address when purchasing AnyEnhancer, please contact our Support Team for further assistance. Please provide us with any information related to your purchase. This includes the email address you entered, order ID, proof of purchase, etc.
Your activation code's security and privacy are paramount to us, and to ensure this, a single activation code can only be activated on a single computer at a time. However moving the activation code to a new computer is a common requirement, especially if you upgrade your hardware or need to switch devices for any reason. To solve this issue, please contact Support Team to unbind your activation code. Then, you can use it again.
You may need to cancel the activation status while changing plans. If you want to cancel the activation authorization, please refer to the below steps:
(1). Please click the User Avatar icon in the upper right corner of the AnyEnhancer.
(2). Then choose the Cancel Authorization button.
(3). After successful cancellation, AnyEnhancer will return to the inactive state.
The log file records the basic info about your device and system, the software working procedures, and the errors (if any) that occurred.
If you run into technical problems with AnyEnhancer, to help us make a better analysis and find a solution for you soon, please send the log file to iMobie Support Team.

Please launch AnyEnhancer > Click the “Menu tab” in the upper right of the interface> Choose “Send Feedback” option> Enter valid email address, subject and describe the issue> Keep the log file and click “Submit” icon.
For Windows:
Please launch AnyEnhancer > Click the “Menu tab” in the upper right of the interface> Choose “Send Feedback” option> Enter valid email address, subject, and describe the issue> Keep the log file and click “Submit” icon.
If you cannot send the log file directly, please find the error log from the path below and zip it as attachments via email.

If you have requested a refund but have not received it, here are some possible reasons:
A. Refund has not been initiated.

B. There is a delay in processing the refund.
