If the payment is unsuccessful, would you please try following the instructions to solve the issue?

If you wish to change or update the email address you purchased from, please contact Support Team and provide the old purchase email or order number and the new email address.

Your activation code's security and privacy are paramount to us, and to ensure this, a single activation code can only be activated on a single computer at a time. (2). Then choose the Cancel Authorization button.
